Sustainability Assurance

The Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) Chain of Custody of Forest Based Products provides customers with the assurance that the products they are purchasing come from sustainably managed resources. PEFC chain of custody establishes the link from the forest to the market, tracking forest and tree based products from sustainable sources to the final product.   

Certified sustainably managed products are available from Teal-Jones. Management provides the resources essential to the implementation and maintenance of the Chain of Custody consistent with the PEFC standard, including human, technological and financial requirements. Under the Chain of Custody, Teal-Jones commits to process fiber only from sources that are not controversial.
